2. How to make a reservation?

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

At creuers2mes2.com we guarantee that each of the transactions carried out is 100% secure.
All the purchases you make on our website are endorsed by banco Sabadell's secure server, so your data is protected and encrypted by the most advanced technology, making it much safer to send your data to the secure server of the banks to pay at a gas station, restaurant, etc.
It is understood that the price of each product is the one that will appear on the website at the time of placing each order. The user must pay the price marked, including applicable taxes.
It is essential that the number of people selected for the cruise matches the number of tickets purchased. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the cancellation of tickets purchased without refund.
Prices may be modified by the holder at any time and without prior notice without affecting orders already confirmed. However, even confirmed the holder will not be obliged to attend orders when the price is incorrect, especially when the error is manifest and easily recognizable.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT.
Payment can be made by debit or credit card, or with cash if you buy them in person at the port office or ticket office.
To make online payments we will redirect you to the Banco Sabadell platform. Only VISA and Mastercard are accepted. The reservation will be effective once the payment has been verified by the bank, otherwise the reservation will be considered null and void. After booking, a confirmation screen will appear and you will be automatically sent an email with your ticket.
The online payment methods offered by payment platforms are based on secure servers, which guarantee that the information circulating between our website and the bank or secure payment platform is protected, is authentic and cannot be used by third parties, which is why protection algorithms are used (the information is transmitted encrypted so that it is only visible between banking entities). In no case does the owner see or save this information.
5. Boarding ticket
Once the reservation has been made, you must save the ticket or confirmation email, to show it on the boat at the time of boarding (it is not necessary to print it). This reservation/ticket is only valid for the departure that has been contracted (be sure to present the correct day and time!).
In the event that the ticket includes a children's rate, it may be requested that the age of the children be accredited at the time of boarding. If it does not correspond to the children's slot specified on the ticket, boarding may be denied.
6. What is the meeting point?
On the day of departure, we will find ourselves directly in the port, just in front of the mooring of the boat. You must be there about 10 or 15 minutes before the departure time.
Before boarding you will need to show your ticket.
7. Changes and cancellations
– On the part of the passenger
If after purchasing a ticket you need to change the date or time of departure for any reason or want to cancel your reservation, you can send us an email to email@example.com. Keep in mind that in high season it can be difficult to change the output with little time frame.
Below we indicate the conditions of the changes and cancellations (except for duly justified causes):

Conditions of changes and cancellations for reservations of private departures (boat exclusively):

|4||Less than 3 days in advance or if you do not show up at the boarding location before departure time||There will be no refund or possibility of exchange|
– On the part of the company
Our activity is subject to weather conditions, sometimes difficult to predict. If we are aware of adverse weather conditions, we will notify you as far in advance as possible of the cancellation of your departure. We must bear in mind, however, that sometimes the time changes from one hour to the next. Only the skipper has the power to cancel the departure due to weather or force majeure.
The company reserves the right to cancel the departure if there is no minimum number of passengers (4 adults).
In these cases, you can change your ticket for another departure or, if it is not good for you or there is no availability, we will refund 100% of the amount of the reservation.
8. Variations in the route
Once the departure has begun, only the skipper has the power to decide to return to port or reduce the trip due to weather or force majeure.
On days of the north sea or in the background, we cannot guarantee entry to the cave for security reasons.
Although in the vast majority of summer outings we usually stop for a few minutes to cool off in the water, if the skipper considers that there are sea currents that may be dangerous or that this stop may prevent us from finishing the route due to imminent weather, this stop would not be made.
The excursion will be considered complete if it has been possible to make the route of the coast until reaching the Foradada and visiting the Medes Islands. In case it is not possible to reach the Foradada, a part of the amount of the reservation will be refunded (price 2022 full route to at least the Foradada: € 22, price 2022 reduced route: € 15, price 2022 only visit Medes Islands: € 12). If you return to the port a few minutes after leaving, you can change your ticket for another departure or, if it is not good for you or there is no availability, we will refund 100% of the amount of the reservation.
We guarantee that whenever a change is made due to adverse weather, we do so with your comfort in mind. Our goal is that you enjoy the excursion as much as possible and take away a good memory of it. We put all our experience at your disposal to achieve it.
9. Denial of boarding
The skipper has the power to deny boarding to those passengers who, at his discretion, may cause problems caused by the consumption (or possession) of alcohol or drugs, bad behavior, or for having used a threatening or insulting vocabulary with other passengers or the crew.
Boarding may also be denied if the ticket or proof of purchase is not presented, or this does not correspond to the day and time of departure or the number and category of passengers (adult or child according to the age specified at the time of purchase).

These conditions are governed by Spanish law, which will be applicable to everything not provided for in this text.
